Item Description

This enchanting two night accomodation includes two breakfasts and two dinners prepared by the Hunts, who are outstanding home cooks.

Some of the couple's past culinary triumphs include colonial dinners at the 1721 Thomas Dodge House in Port Washington, Long Island and an annual Robert Burns Night supper, complete with haggis. (Terry Hunt was also Long Island's Newsday's "Cook of the Week") The menus will be developed in tandem with the winners of the auction; the haggis is optional.

The Village of Catskill is a year-round destination. The scenery is beautiful in spring and summer and, of course, in leaf season. In the winter, it’s close to the Hunter Mountain ski area. Local attractions include Kaaterskill Falls, antique shops, the artist Frederick Church’s breathtaking home Olana, and the Thomas Cole house.

Do not miss the chance to partake in this unique trip in the Village of Catskill!

This destinaton weekend is good until December 3, 2017, and the dates will be by mutual agreement
