Item Description
This is your chance to leave your mark of support for the future Squannacook River Rail Trail (SRRT), a 3.7 mile recreational trail in Groton and Townsend, by bidding on an SRRT Brick. You'll be able to write your own inscription on the brick (up to 3 lines, 20 characters per line), and choose whether your brick should be placed at the kiosk to be built at the Groton or Townsend end of the trail. In addition to the inscription on the brick, the winning bidder will receive a certificate of appreciation with a picture of their inscribed brick. This can be a lovely way to honor a loved one.
The NRWA has played a key role in helping Squannacook Greenways advocate for this trail, and a donor has purchased these bricks and donated them to NRWA's 2016 Holiday Online Auction to thank the NRWA for its support.

This is a great way to support two projects at once...this wonderful new rail trail and the work of the NRWA.
Item Special Note
