A One hour Craniosacral therapy session for baby, child or adult.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle, subtle work that can be performed anywhere on the body. It is not massage. It is a deep listening by the practitioner to the different membranes, tissues, fluids and bones of the body. As our bodies are made for movement in the world, so are the internal aspects of our bodies made to have their own intrinsic movement, and even have dialogue with one another. The whole of our physical being is in relationship, all parts communicating. And, of course, the whole of our being- mind, body, emotions, spirit - is also communicating
Amy completed her Craniosacral therapy training in 2000 with the Upledger Institute (UI). Her education continued with courses in Somato Emotional Release (UI), Craniosacral Therapy for Pediatrics (UI), Prenatal Massage, Body-Centered Counseling (Soma-Psyche Institute), Somatic Intuition (Ron DeAngelo, PhD), Craniosacral Biodynamics (Wellness Institute - RCST), Pre and Perinatal Birth Therapy (Chantia Smith, CPM), and Bach Flower Remedies (Noga Kreiman-Miller - Practitioner certification).
