Enjoy a cooking demo from an established chef who also happens to be a member of our Chaminade family!

Roushdy Shenouda was born in Cairo Egypt, and raised between Los Angels and Texas. He trained at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, and he received a diploma in Gastronomy in the South of France. Roushdy specialized in fine dining restaurants in Texas, Vermont, France and California. He has worked for The Ritz Carlton and Country Clubs, and owned a fine dining restaurant in LA. Roushdy enjoys great food and great company, especially fine dining; he also loves food trucks, microbrewery pubs and hole in the wall spots where food is made with love!!!

When you arrive at this event all of the prepping and most of the chopping will be done, and he will finalize the meal in front of you, while throwing in some pro tips to help make cooking at home easier. Jump in and help; or sip a glass of wine, sit back, relax while Roushdy shows you a few new tricks. When he is finished, you get to help with the best part..... Enjoying the meal.
