You're invited to explore Yamuna Foot Fitness and Yamuna Body Rolling with a friend. I'm offering a semi-private class (90 mins) for you and a friend to learn how to build a strong foundation starting with your feet. You will work with foot wakers and balls to release tension, stimulate your bones, lengthen your muscles and free up restrictions which contribute to misalignment and pain. Most importantly you will stand taller, and feel energized to enjoy more ease of movement!
