The house sleeps 6 (Main bedroom with King. Second bedroom with Queen. Third bedroom/office/TV-room with Queen wall bed).The third bedroom is a multi-purpose room that can function as a yoga space, an office with an incredible Guanacaste wood surface and ample room for two people, a TV room (projector on pull down screen), and a bedroom with Queen size wall bed. Cable TV and Internet are standard and included.

Located in Matapalo, the Villas de Cabo Velas is at the heart of a vibrant coastal region of Guanacaste, also known as the “Gold Coast.” Famous for its world-class surf and outdoor activities, the Villas de Cabo Velas is a hidden gem, nestled by Costa Rica’s liveliest beach towns and close to an abundance of leisure activities. Both Tamarindo and Flamingo are a part of tight knit communities that have increasing access to U.S. levels of education and healthcare. In addition to offering an abundance of local culture and modern conveniences, the Villas are also five to ten minutes from seven of the most spectacular beaches, including Playa Grande – considered one of the best surfing beaches in Central America – and Playa Minas, where you can spend the day in front of turquois water and the sound of waves crashing.
Only 45 minutes to the airport (Liberia, Costa Rica)! Easy flights from Boston and NYC. Leave at 7 am, arrive around 1 pm, rent a car and 1 hour later you can sit on our balcony or near the pool or surf in the ocean. The homeowners traveled in January for less than $300 roundtrip.
Item Special Note
Your week must be during calendar year 2017. Dates to be arranged with owner. In the highly unlikely event there is no agreement on dates, the amount of the winning bid will be refunded.
A $600 security deposit is required although it will be waived for CCC friends and family. Guests do not need to bring their own towels or linens.
