Item Description
For over a century, a popular sign of spring in Rochester has been the magnolia trees in bloom on the Oxford Street mall. This vintage souvenir postcard dates to circa 1952. The card is archivally framed using museum standard acid and lignin free cotton rag boards under ultraviolet filtering glass. The walnut finished frame measures 8 3/4 inches wide by 10 3/4 inches high. Mounting hardware is included. Five additional views of Rochester in the 1950's are available in the 2017 WXXI Auction.
