One spot in the "Help! My Kid's a Picky Eater" class on Sunday, May 7th, 2017 from 6 - 7:30pm at Evy Tea in Jamaica Plain, MA. This interactive workshop explores finicky feeding at its finest and what to do about it.  A brief, self-administered pre-workshop assessment readies you to dive into a better understanding of your child’s frustrating eating behaviors.  Practical tips for engaging the picky eater are served with a hefty side of coping strategies for parents.  You will be guided through the creation of a personalized action plan and walk away empowered with new tools for managing mayhem at meal time.  This widely popular class provides a simple 3-step approach to easing the burden of feeding your family well, picky people and all.

Please note, children are NOT permitted to attend nutrition classes.  This assures everyone in the room can participate fully with minimal distractions.  The only exception is for postpartum nutrition classes where newborn babies up to six months old may attend.  Siblings of babies attending postpartum nutrition workshops are not permitted to attend.  Thank you for your kind attention to this request
