Item Description

This wooden cane is made of Cobolowood that used to grow in Central America. The wood grain is very beautiful and very hard. The cane was made circa 1900 by the San Blas indians, who lived near the coast of Panama. The handle was fashioned from Zebra Wood, also known as Iron Wood. The bottom tip of the cane is covered with a no-slip cap. This donation is from local resident Bruce Willis. The cane is 35 1/2" long and the shaped grip handle is 5" long.
