Think ahead to next December, the family is gathered so children and adults can watch the annual presentation of "The Polar Express." Imagine how thrilled a child would be if at the end he or she had a brightly shining real brass bell on a deer skin thong, just like the boy in the film. It could be the beginning of a tradition! This pre-1900 antique heavy brass sleigh bell comes in a plush red drawstring pouch with a red pull cord to close it safely for storage. The bell has a 1 1/4" diameter and hangs on a leather thong. The pouch also holds two pretend "Round Trip Tickets" for one person each to ride the Polar Express! You can almost hear the train conductor call "All Aboard!"

This item is merchandise. For bidders located in New York State, an 8% sales tax will be applied to the winning bid amount. This item can be picked up at WXXI on the publicized open pick-updates or by appointment. All merchandise items must be picked up by July 31, 2017. Alternatively, the winning bidder may contact WXXI to indicate they would like this item shipped. Merchandise will be shipped after the conclusion of the Auction via FedEx Express for an additional fee calculated based on the shipment's size, weight and destination address.
