Item Description

In downtown Manhattan, Alexander Hamilton walked the streets famished, plotted revolution with his drinking buddies, attended college, dropped knowledge, fought the British, and settled his family. Liana Chow, a Third Street senior and former New-York Historical Society Teen Leader, will be your guide on a fascinating, two-hour walking tour of the real-life settings of the Hamilton musical.

Your tour will start at the Trinity Church graves of Alexander, Eliza, and Angelica and end at Fraunces Tavern, where Hamilton and Burr dined shortly before their fateful duel and Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote scenes for his masterpiece. In between, Liana — the author of "Hamilton Was Here" — will show you the sites of Washington's inauguration, Jefferson's "Room Where It Happened," the NYC Slave Market, the cannon battles, and the Hamilton home. Third Street parent Jane Bock will also lead the tour.

This tour includes eight passes to the Fraunces Tavern Museum ($56 value).

This item also includes a one-day family pass for a separate visit to the New-York Historical Society, which includes the Alexander Hamilton pavilion at the DiMenna Children’s History Museum ($50 value).
