Basically they get the permission to be treated as an owner without the initial membership investment. The user is not even committed to any sort of sales presentation. It is truly just a wonderful opportunity and experience. The resorts are spectacular with amenities rarely matched by anyone else in the world. Vidanta is the same company you may already know or will soon hear about opening the first Cirque du Soleil theme park in the entire planet. Both locations also have signature golf courses available to guests.

Air transportation is not included.

Ground transportation from airport to resort is included.

Certificate holder will pay the usage fee for the size of unit reserved. This does not include food and beverages or any other extra activities or services you may purchase at the resort. (At the request of the donor, the usage fee of $1350 will be deducted from the winning bid at the time of payment.)

1. This certificate expires 24 months after the date of purchase of the Ambassador's contract.  It is a free certificate that has been given by a family member, friend or colleague. You should not pay to receive this certificate. The Ambassador Program is not available in the State of Iowa in the United States and is not valid for residents of Iowa, nor for residents of Mexico. 

2. This certicate is valid exclusively for an 8-day, 7-night stay at a Vidanta destination in the accomodation type similar to the accomodation type specified on your Ambassador's membership contract. *If cohabitating adult couple, both must travel together.

3. In order to use this certificate, you must call the Vida Vacations reservation center in Mexico at 1-800-292-9446 to make a reservation. You must complete your travel no later than the expiration date set forth above.

4. A usage fee for the size of unit reserved plus a $50 usd Administration Fee must be paid at the time of booking a reservation. Payment must be made by credit card; cash and other forms of payment will not be accepted. Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. At the time of making a reservation the certificate holder must provide the certificate number shown on the certificate.

5. Reservations with this certificate can be booked a maximum of 5 months in advance of the arrival date and are subject to availabiliity. Arrival days for the program are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at any of the participating destinations. This certificate entitles you to 1 stay and you may not break the total number of available days/nights into more than 1 non-consecutive stay.

Acommodations for nights included in this certificate must be used consecutively.

6. When checking in at the resort the certificate holder must present this original certificate, government-issued identification, a valid credit card and confirmation of the reservation with your certificate number, given by the Customer Care Center. If you are unable to present the original certificate, we may charge you the current room rack rate for the accommodations.

7. This certificate is exclusively for the recipient of this certificate and is not transferable. The Ambassador is not allowed to stay in the same unit or accommodation nor to use the same reservation as the recipient of the certificate. Participating resorts reserve the right to: i) refuse to honor any certificate containing alterations, deletions, erasures or additions to the text, ii) cancel the certificate and your participation in the program if the Participating resort detects that the certificate and/or the program is being used for any purpose others than what it is intended for, at the sole discretion of the Participating resort.

8. This certificate is for accommodations only and does not include food, beverages, amenities, taxes, gratuities, service charges, incidental items or other items.

9. Vida Vacations and its affiliates are not responsible for any acts of God and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable if such and event occurs. Vida Vacations will make a reasonable attempt to provide substitute accommodations at a different destination and/or on a different date.

10. This certificate is a one-time benefit and additional certificates may not be used by the holder or any direct family member with any other promotion or certificate and is not redeemable for cash or credit. This certificate may not be used by current or former members of any participating resort or their affiliated resorts. Once this certificate is used, it may not be reused by you or anyone else.
