The Metropolitan is an elegant condo building located on 23rd Street between M and N Street in the West End. The 9-story complex offers 97 residences, this condo includes a recently updated kitchen and top of the line bathrooms.

DC Jazz Festival
Founded in 2005, the DC Jazz Festival is the largest music festival in Washington, D.C. Each June, there are more than 125 performances at venues throughout the city featuring the best local, national and international jazz performers.
Set sail across the waters of the Potomac River on an elegant glass-enclosed yacht. Wine, dine, dance and relax while you take in the sights.
