1. Eligibility

The 2016 Raffle for Bulldogs (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (not included Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of maturity in their state of residence at the time of entry.

2. How to Enter

During the period from September 1st, 9:00 AM EST through 11:59 PM EST on December 31st, 2016(the “Sweepstakes Period”), all applicants may purchase raffle tickets through website at Longislandbulldogrescue.org, TheRTAStore.com or biddingforgood.com. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. When an order is placed, we will complete the ticket by filling in the name, address, email address and phone number.

3. Winner Submission

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Prize drawing will be conducted on or about 5:30 p.m. on January 1st, 2017 by Long Island Bulldog founder Laurette Richin or her delegate whose decisions are final and binding regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes. After the drawing, the winner will be contacted based on the name and information on the ticket. Winner notification will be made by telephone or email. Winner has two years from the date of notification to redeem prize.

4. Prizes/Retail Value and Odds of Winning

One grand prize winner will win a kitchen valued up to $10,000 from TheRTAStore.com. The prize consists of the cabinets only and does not include installation, appliances or counter tops. The winner will have the choice from fifteen different finishes which include Harvest Oak, Newport White. Dakota White, Aspen White, Shaker Honey, Regency Spiced Glaze, Nutmeg Twist, Sonoma Merlot, Regency Pomegranate Glaze, Signature Chocolate, Regency Espresso, Brazilian Shaker, Dakota Espresso and Newport Espresso. Approximate retail value: $10,000. The availability of the finishes may be subject to change when the kitchen is purchased. If finishes have been discontinued or are no longer available, the winner may choose from the remaining available finishes and/or any new finishes that have become available for purposes of this raffle. The available finishes will be at the sole discretion of TheRTAStore.com. 
Sales tax is only collected if the winner resides in NY state and can come out of the $10,000 prize if winner chooses. TheRTAStore.com will pay for the shipping of product purchased to an address within the United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii) and the District of Columbia. No coupons or discounts are eligible when redeeming prize. All prizes awarded are transferable but are not redeemable for cash. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

 

5. Previously Purchased Kitchens:

 

All current and past customers who have purchased from TheRTAStore.com on or after 09/1/2016 are eligible to participate in the raffle. If you have purchased your kitchen from TheRTAStore.com between the dates of 09/1/2016-12/31/2016 you are still eligible to purchase a raffle ticket. Please note that the previous kitchen purchased must be one of the 15 finishes listed under #4 otherwise you will be issued a gift certificate to use towards one of those finishes if you win.

If you win you will be reimbursed the price of your kitchen purchase. Only one transaction may occur so in the event you do not wish to 'purchase' another kitchen valued up to $10,000 then you will be reimbursed for the total amount you have paid for your kitchen and the remaining amount will be forfeited. If you have not yet ordered a kitchen but would like to before the raffle has ended the same would apply. You would get reimbursed for the value of your previous kitchen order up to $10,000 and the remaining amount will be forfeited .You would also have the option of a new kitchen valued up to $10,000 if you choose.
Please note the following:
- If you choose to be reimbursed for a kitchen previously purchased from TheRTAStore.com, you will be refunded the exact amount of your kitchen purchase up to $10,000 only if you purchased one of the 15 finishes listed above.

-If your kitchen purchase is under $10,000 you will be refunded that amount and no remainder of the winning $10,000 will be available for use on any new purchase.

- You may only select one option (a refund on a prior kitchen purchase, a new kitchen purchase, or a transfer of the winning ticket). You may not combine any of the three options.

- The winner will have 2 years from the date of the drawing (January 1st, 2017) to take advantage of the winning ticket.
