Item Description
Created by Ron Wendt of Zen Glass Art, "Paradise Regained" is a literal interpretation of John Milton's poem by that name. This is a stained glass on glass mosaic with a stark contrast in colors meant to highlight people's limited thinking and consciousness (dark) as opposed to enlightenment and the lessons of nature (light). The man in the wheelchair (Ron himself) is released from the hospital. The dog sitting next to the man is a reminder that the fascinating lessons from nature have always been right by our side, within easy access.
The piece measures 21" high by 15" wide and is ready to hang.
