Item Description
This beautiful sterling silver pin from Scotland is designed in the arts and crafts style of Rennie Mackintosh. Charles Rennie Mackintosh (7 June 1868 – 10 December 1928) was a Scottish architect, designer, water colourist and artist. He was a designer in the Arts and Crafts movement and also the main representative of Art Nouveau in the United Kingdom. This brooch features the Glasgow Rose design. Although light and airy to look upon, this brooch has a nice weight to it in the hand. The back is hallmarked.
