Your party of 8-10 persons will enjoy a special evening at Headwaters Restaurant in the Heathman Hotel! Portland Monthly recently described the restaurant: “Headwaters is a fresh take on hotel dining, complete with whole roasted rockfish and octopus carpaccio, updated French classics served table-side, cheeky modernist desserts, and an expanded, refreshed bar. It’s a grandly laid-back (a.k.a. Portland-style) fine dining spot that aims to delight both intrepid seafood adventurers and more conventional eaters morning, noon, and night."

Chef Vitaly Paley is the third James Beard Best Chef Northwest winner to take the helm of the Portland institution. Named for “the source," Headwaters showcases local ingredients from Oregon’s diverse bounty, from farm to sea. Chef Paley also received the 2005 James Beard Foundation Best Chef Pacific Northwest award, was nominated as a 2012 and 2013 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Outstanding Chef, and was a victor on Food Network’s popular series Iron Chef America.

Mutually agreeable date to be coordinated with the restaurant. Maximum number of guests is 8-10. Note that seating options will include 5:45/6pm seating or 8:15/8:30pm seating. Some blackout dates (major holidays) apply. Your $750 certificate can be applied to food and drinks, but gratuity must be paid separately. Use within one year of the auction date (i.e., by November 17, 2018).
