Restrictions:

• Not valid US President’s Day week (Feb.19), Canada Day (July 1 from Fri before), Canadian Thanksgiving (Fri, Oct.5-Mon, Oct 9), and Christmas (12/20-12/31).
• Canada requires guests pay a daily tax (up to $20/night)
• Reservations may be scheduled 6 months in advance
• Certificate expires on November 30, 2018
• Reservations are on a space available basis

A one time, six months extension is available for a $75 fee. Certificate may be extended 60 days (or less) prior to original expiration date. Once expired, no extension is available. All extensions will be for 6 months from original expiration date. Upgrades may be available for a $149 fee (to a two bedroom that sleeps 6). Additional nights may be purchased at prevailing rates. Fees are subject to change without notification. Please be advised reservations follow a "no change, no cancel, no refund" policy. Certificates may not be combined. Reservation must be continuous, no split reservations are allowed. All reservations are on a space available basis. Certificate is non-transferable.
