Product Description
Our Travel Size Foam Roller is a MEDIUM to HIGH density foam roller for rolling large muscle groups or using as a pillow with the Body Track. When rolling your lower back or glutes with the Body Track or just a massage ball set, this foam roller lets you prop your head up and relax or watch TV. Because it is round and rolls, it will move with you as you work your lower back. Please note, this roller is in between medium and high density and as such, it will deform in the middle if used heavily. So if you are looking for a travel roller for heavy use, for example, for use on your shins or hips, please don't buy this one.
Takes up very little space so you can take it with you for peak performance wherever you are. Free how-to video covers count and hold technique that will give you lasting results.
When used in combination with the Body Track (sold separately), allows you to do your deep tissue massage on the lower back and glutes while reading a book or watching TV as shown on the right.
