Item Description
Sweet Mystery of Yeast: A Bread-Making Lesson
Spend a Sunday afternoon learning the satisfying art of yeast baking. We’ll practice kneading skills, break for refreshments as the dough gently rises, and then bake at least one variety of bread, which you’ll be able to take home for further enjoyment. Come solo or bring along one guest to observe, maybe take a turn with the dough, and be a part of the fun. We can drink tea, be social, or even take a walk in Harvard Square while the rising happens.
Take home a loaf to remember the session. Enjoy the company of this talented singer-baker!
Ingredients and equipment provided.
