Item Description
Skin biopsies are an excellent tool for the serious alpaca breeder. Rather than relying on subjective eye or hand evaluation, a biopsy can tell you the average number of primary and secondary follicles in a millimeter of skin; the number of glands present; the average micron of both primary and secondary follicles; the organization of the follicles present; and much more. Skin biopsies are an excellent means of evaluating potential breeding stock. The renowned Dr. Norm Evans is donating two alpaca skin biopsy evaluations to this year's auction. A gift certificate redeemable with Dr. Evans will be emailed to the winning bidder.
Item Special Note
The winning bidder will need to provide a valid email address to receive an electronic gift certificate at the close of auction.
