Item Description
The CIA at Copia is the ultimate Napa Valley destination for experiencing the world of food, wine, art, and community. Presented by The Culinary Institute of America, Copia combines everything you love about the CIA – culinary expertise, gracious hospitality, and unforgettable flavors – all for you! Indulge your passion for food and wine in one of their classes, taste your way around exclusive food festivals, dine on delicious local ingredients, explore curated art collections, or plan your next wine country event, all in one beautiful location in downtown Napa – the epicenter of food and wine.
Included in this lot is a hands-on cooking class in the CIA at Copia’s new state-of-the-art teaching kitchen and private dining experience at The Restaurant at CIA Copia for eight people. Each part of the lot can be redeemed on the same day or weekend or on separate occasions.
Enjoy a private, hands-on cooking class with a CIA chef in their new one-of-a-kind teaching kitchen. Share your passion for food and wine with up to seven guests, as you learn essential cooking techniques and new recipes all in the heart of the Napa Valley. And the best part? You’ll enjoy the delicious fruits of your labor as you dine with your guests in the teaching kitchen. To seal the deal, sommeliers will pair your meal with Greystone Cellars wines.
Then, let their chef create a memorable dining experience in one of their private dining rooms for you and up to seven guests. Inspired by the Napa Valley and The Culinary Institute of America’s California farms and gardens, The Restaurant at CIA Copia offers a distinctive dining experience where simple, seasonally-inspired dishes can be paired with a curated selection of wines, beers, and handcrafted cocktails.
To be arranged for a mutually agreeable date. Valid until September 30, 2019.
