Immersed in the countryside surrounding the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, which has always been considered one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, Villa Magnolia offers an unforgettable experience. The villa is located 8 miles from Cortona so renting a car or a driver is highly recommended.

Villa Magnolia can accommodate up to 10 people, the interior and exterior spaces are large and comfortable, designed for both families and groups of friends. The pool, garden and parking are private and reserved for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa for ultimate privacy. This villa, dating back to the nineteenth century, has been subject of restorations and renovations over the years, made to adapt the property to the needs of the guests, while keeping intact the classic Tuscan style that sets it apart.

Privacy is an essential criteria: the private swimming pool and large garden accentuate the lovely and romantic atmosphere of Villa Magnolia. Large trees of fir, pine and oak make the environment healthy and fresh, and the
cultivation of fruit trees complete this evocative scenery, rich in color and views of the Tuscan wine country.

Enjoy a traditional Italian meal at Villa Magnolia prepared by your own private chef, including antipasto, first course, second course with side dish, dessert, local wine, and service.

Learn about the rich history of Cortona and surrounding areas with your choice of either a wine tour of Cortona or Montepulciano complete with tastings and lunch, conducted by our knowledgeable and friendly English-speaking guides.

Also enjoy private roundtrip transfers to and from the Rome airport, which will alleviate all your stress upon your arrival into Italy. A rental car can be delivered to your villa upon request (additional charge) after you’ve settled in
and made your plans for the week. Villa Magnolia is perfectly located as the central point from which to visit many other Tuscan sites and areas, including the famous and beautiful Assisi and Florence.

Weather: The year-round climate in Tuscany is generally very mild–April and May as well as September and October are fantastic months to visit Tuscany: they have mostly sunny days with some rain. Winter also offers many sunny, mild days with cooler nights. However, we suggest Spring or Autumn.

For guests: Swimming pool, garden and private parking, outdoor room used as laundry, oven and stone barbecue, tables, gazebo, sun beds with cushions, free WI-FI connection.

Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Saturday to Saturday stay.
Blackout Dates: Christmas Week, New Years’ Week, Easter Week, and June 15-September.
Cancellation Policy: Any changes to reservations must be made prior to 60 days of confirmed guest arrival.
If cancellation is less than 60 days of arrival, no booking or refund will be allowed.
All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Travel must be completed within one year from date of event
