Item Special Note

Restrictions: The cruise must be taken prior to December 31, 2019. If the winner fails to sail within the given timeframe then the cruise will be forfeited and no extensions granted. The cruise will be provided by Paul Gauguin Cruises, subject to space availability and non-displacement of revenue.  Berthing assignment is at the sole discretion of Paul Gauguin Cruises. An upgrade may be possible to purchase provided space is available but not guaranteed.  Upgrades are not complimentary.  There is no cash value to this donations and it is non-transferable. Final confirmation of sailing will be provided 60 days prior to sailing. Once space is confirmed and port charges are received, travel documents will be issued. 

Air Tahiti Nui Airline Restrictions: Valid from January 15, 2019 – December 15, 2019. Blackout dates: June 15, 2019 – September 30, 2019. User pays tax and fuel. Your travel must take place within the validity period advised and is subject to seat capacity in X-class inventory only. Extensions will not be permitted at any time. Non-Transferable and non-refundable. Travel is excluded from any frequent flyer credit, bonus or otherwise. Tickets are not subject to any compensation in the event of flight interruption, delay, cancellation or denied boarding. Certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Government taxes and fuel surcharge in the amount of approximately US$400.00 per person will be the responsibility of the prize winner and companion. You may make your travel arrangements 60 days prior to departure. Please complete the form on the back of the certificate with your preferred travel dates.
