Based on the popular “Mindful Way Through the Creative Process” this three-part live, private online coaching session with Elaine Smookler RP will help you accomplish any goal.
In the first coaching session Elaine will help you clarify your project and how to proceed with applied mindfulness practices that you can utilize when you feel stuck, burnt out, helpless, hopeless or simply don’t want to continue.
In the second session Elaine will continue to guide you through a method to break every element of your endeavour down into manageable, bite-sized pieces that include making a mess, welcoming your terror and resistance, and utilizing a simple, eye-opening, attainable structure to help you do your thing.
And the third session takes you through to completion including finding the right sources for appropriate feedback.
Elaine Smookler is a registered psychotherapist, professional actor, singer, magazine columnist and teacher with over 25 years working in the field of mindfulness. Elaine has been key personnel on over a hundred major public events, concerts, courses and festivals and offers live and online corporate training across North America.
