Ibiza has everything from lively nightlife to quiet villages to sandy coves, beautiful sun-soaked beaches, and stunning turquoise waters.  There are 100 miles of coastline to explore and around 50 beaches, plus water sports, plenty of restaurants, and of course it's well known nightlife scene.  The magnificent architecture, coastline and sealife have landed it a World Heritage Site listing, and Ibiza's old town is UNESCO-designated.  Whether you are interested in dancing the night away, soaking up sunshine by the pool, or being immersed in old culture and sea breezes, you'll find your perfect vacation with this stay in Ibiza.

About Can Alamaria:

Can Alamaria is a modern yet traditionally constructed home in a cozy rural setting in the middle of the island of Ibiza. The villa is hidden from view, enclosed by tall cypress trees and surrounded by its slightly sloping verdant grounds, which include a field and a fruit orchard, two swimming pools, a tennis court, and even a playhouse.

The outdoor bar boasts a full kitchen with woodburning bread oven and grille. The land around the house is mostly flat so guests on the upper terrace can look out as far as the sea and the West coast of Ibiza.

The interior space is simple yet sophisticated with smooth tile floors, stucco walls and exposed driftwood ceiling beams. Each of the seven bedrooms is private and all but one boast an en suite bathroom. They are situated along the corridors of the main floor which also houses the ample living room with wood-burning fireplace. This opens onto a veranda and dining terrace. The kitchen and breakfast room too access to the outdoor terrace and bar.

Every room, lounging spot and sunbathing area enjoys a different perspective of the grounds and gardens. The two largest bedrooms access private rooftop terraces and have outdoor showers. There are also two more bedrooms at the poolhouse in case the 14 guests prefer to spread out more comfortably into 9 bedrooms, and the two twin rooms can always be converted into doubles.

PRIZE INCLUDES: One week's stay for two people at Can Almaria in San Rafael, Ibiza, Spain; business class round-trip airfare for two from the United States.

RESTRICTIONS:  Accommodation is only available for either April 13 - 20, 2019 or April 20 - 27, 2019.  Winner is advised to request their preferred week within a month of being confirmed as prize winner.

Accommodations are subject to availability, and scheduling is at the discretion of Ariella’s Villas and the property owner. Space for additional guests may be requested, at an added cost of $1,000 per person (maximum capacity is 16 guests at Can Almaria).  

This prize does not include additional staff such as chef, driver, or concierge.

Airfare is included in this prize, for two round-trip business class flights to Ibiza from the United States.  This prize covers flights valued up to $3,300 per person, based on average business class rates for flights between New York City and Ibiza on a variety of airlines.  Please note that all routes to Ibiza involve a layover at Madrid or another nearby airport.

Any addiitional guests will be responsible for booking and covering costs of their flights and travel arrangemetns separately.

PLEASE NOTE: In order prevent credit card fraud, if the winning bid exceeds $1,000, The Drama League of New York will require a signed credit card authorization form, a photocopy of both sides of the purchasing credit card (all but the last 4 digits may be blacked out), and proof of identity (state-issued photo ID – private ID numbers may be blacked out), OR payment via check or money order before arranging the prize package for the winner.
