Restrictions- Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize is for 2 spots on Intrepid Travel’s South Morocco Discovery tour. International airfares not included. Winner and their guest must be booked onto the same departure of the same trip.

2. Formal trip booking must be completed by August 31, 2019 for travel departing by December 31, 2019.

3. Does not include spending money, meals, travel taxes, trip kitties, and any costs related to travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transfers and all other ancillary costs (as well as the costs of obtaining any of these). All such costs and matters are the responsibility of the Prizewinner.

4. The prize must be accepted as awarded, there are no substitutions.

5. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Once booked, the Intrepid Travel booking will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Intrepid Travel.

7. Prizewinners are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, airport transfer transportation fees not included in trip itinerary, meals and alcoholic beverages, other than described herein, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, medical and travel insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover.

8. The Prizewinners are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the departure point as the Prize originates and terminates there.

9. It is the sole responsibility of the Prizewinners to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements.

10. The Prizewinners must obtain medical insurance prior to departure and it is recommended that Prizewinners obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure.

11. It is recommended that the Prizewinners consult a physician prior to travel to determine the advisability of immunizations and inoculations that may be appropriate.

12. There must be 4 confirmed passengers on a departure before a Prizewinner can be booked.
