Item Description

Bid now to win a 3 day weekend at a Summer Cottage in Little Compton, Rhode Island!

Within 1.5 hours from Boston and 45 minutes from Providence, sits your summer cottage in the small rural village of Little Compton, the easternmost coastal town in Rhode Island. This 3-bedroom home has a huge sunny living space on the second floor with a balcony that has partial views of the harbor and a pond with swans. It’s a 15-minute walk to two excellent beaches and a 5-minute walk to the harbor for swimming and crabbing off the dock. The location is perfect for biking and offers beautiful scenery for walks in every direction.

It’s a perfect spot for a long weekend of relaxing in the sun with an ocean breeze, biking, walking and a short distance from brand new tennis courts in the heart of Little Compton’s tiny downtown – a market, tiny restaurant, library, church and the Town Hall.

The Unique Benefits at this House:  The house has the unique benefit of having the living quarters on the second level. This space is a huge sunny room with french doors to the balcony, fireplace, big screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground level that sleep 6, a pull-out sofa in the living room, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There are two decks – one on the upper level with views of the ocean as well as a deck on the lower level for enjoying the garden, cook-outs and croquet.

Do not miss out on this wonderful, relaxing weekend!
