Seven boxes of Girl Scout cookies perfectly paired with the proper beverage.  This is a one-of-a-kind gift basket that will delight any beer enthusiast and also support the wonderful Girl Scout organization. The curated beer are paired with the right cookie through intensive research:
 

Samoas buddied with The Bruery Bakery’s “Coconut Macaroons”
A blended pastry stout, super dark with a residual smooth sweetness and a strong 13% ABV. These notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and coconut will go hand-in-hand with the Samoas, a crisp cookie coated in caramel, sprinkled with toasted coconut and striped with dark chocolate coating.
 

Do-Si-Dos buddied with Firestone’s Velvet Merkin Vintage “Oatmeal Stout”
This decadent Oatmeal Stout lovingly aged in Bourbon barrels and has a 7.8% ABV. Beautiful chocolate, espresso and vanilla-bourbon aromas hold your nose hostage. Rich dark chocolate truffle, bourbon and espresso create a dangerously smooth and incredibly drinkable barrel aged Oatmeal Stout. Complex and well-balanced it washes down the Do-Si-Dos, crunchy oatmeal sandwich cookies with creamy peanut butter filling, perfectly.
 

S’mores Buddied with Avery Brewing Co.’s “Raspberry Sour”
Luscious ripe red raspberries are elegantly intertwined with a bountiful amount of lactic acidity and delicate barrel nuances to cultivate this stunning sour ale. The fruity and sour (6.2% ABV) nature of this beer makes it a perfect partner for extra sweet S’mores with its crunchy graham sandwich cookie, a creamy chocolate and marshmallow filling.
 
Trefoils buddied with Linderman’s Cassic “Lambic Black Currant “
Cassis is a fruity beer made from a lambic base which, thanks to its shades of dark purple and its aromas, is spontaneously reminiscent of wine. The taste of Cassis Lindemans on the palate is inimitable: intense and sparkling with a sour-sweet finish. With only 3.5% ABV, this sweet and flavorful beer coats the palate, and match up fabulously with the traditional shortbread Trefoils.
 
Savannah Smiles buddied with Boulevard’s “Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale”
Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery and bread-like dry finish (8.5% ABV). Tank 7 has interplay of earthy clove and juicy lemon, which is why it goes perfectly with light crisp, zesty lemon wedge cookies that are dusted in powdered sugar.
 

Tagalongs buddied with Belching Beaver’s “Peanut Butter Milk Stout”
For a perfect chocolatey peanut butter snack, this is the right combo. This milk stout is refreshingly smooth, tasting of roasted coffee, chocolate and peanut butter. Brewed with rolled oats and lactose, this beer has a silky-smooth mouth-feel finish (5.3% ABV). It is the best buddy to go perfectly with Tagalongs, those crispy cookies layered with peanut butter and covered in chocolate. (Add some vanilla ice to make this the most irresistible dessert ever!)
 

Thin Mints buddied with Alesmith’s “Speedway Stout”  
Speedway Imperial Stout’s chocolate and roasted malts dominate the flavor, supported by notes of dark fruit, toffee, and caramel. A healthy dose of locally-roasted coffee added to each batch brings out the beer’s dark chocolate flavors and enhances its drinkability. Despite its intensity and 12% ABV, Speedway Stout’s fine carbonation and creamy mouthfeel make it very smooth and surprisingly easy to drink, and goes perfectly with the Thin Mints, those crisp peppermint wafers covered in chocolate coated.

If you are unable to pick up on one of these days, your item will be shipped to you and your shipping/handling fee as listed within the item listing will be charged to your credit card. If shipping is requested, your winning bid total plus shipping/handling fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
