Fully furnished, equipped and decorated with great contemporary style, attention to detail and comfort. Multiple parking spaces and laundry room available for guest use. Home is protected by an ADT security system. Near secluded Playa Junquillal but nestled in the private, gated community Tierra Pacifica. Visit the Club Arbol for the best pool plus yoga classes, fitness center, and tennis court. Plaza Tierra Pacifica commercial center has Surf Cafe restaurant and Supermarket Junquillal for all you need! 1km from Paraiso and the paved highway to more beaches and both international airports.

AVAILABLE any open week(s) May 1- November 15. GETTING THERE: 75 minutes from Liberia airport (LIR) with direct flights from NY or Boston on most major US airlines. SAFE: Gated community as well as alarm system at the house. ADVANTAGES to Costa Rica? Easy driving, safe, US currency and Visa/MC accepted anywhere and the local water is always drinkable

The price of this item does not include the mandatory utilities/property management fee of $225. This fee is for the entire week and is due when reserving your travel date to auction donor Susan Polen.
