Body Conceptions by Mahri - The hottest new workout in the city!
One hour in-home private training session in the Body Conceptions method with
Mahri Relin or other Body Conceptions trainer.
Body Conceptions is a full-body lengthening and sculpting method that
combines the principles of dynamic movement and muscle exhaustion. Both
body-sculpting and cardio components use integrated movements that involve
multiple muscles and that require engagement of and connection to the core.
Exercises are coordinated with current, exciting music.
Music is fun, inspiring, and motivating, and it comprises the very center and driving force of our workout experience. Each of our instructors spends hours designing their own playlist, and their music changes constantly to add to the variety and excitement of each class experience. You’ll have so much fun you won’t even realize you’re working so hard!
Sessions must take place in Manhattan. Instructors will come in-home or to
a private gym.
