8 x 12. Printed on recycled aluminum in a new cutting edge way. Dye-sublimation is used to infuse the photograph into the metal. The Walden Pond Collection - Photographs by Tim Laman.

About the Collection:

Inspired by his favorite quote from Henry David Thoreau "The question is not what you look at, but what you see," Tim Laman has been visiting Walden Pond with his camera for many years. In all seasons and all kinds of weather, Tim has tried to capture the various moods of the pond and details of nature in the woods around it. All of the images in the collection were made on the Walden Pond State Reservation.

About the Artist: Tim Laman is a National Geographic photographer with over twenty articles to his credit. He is an internationally recognized wildlife photojournalist and filmmaker, known for documenting such subjects as birds-of-paradise and orangutans in the wild. His awards include Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2016, and a 1st place in World Press Photo. He lives nearby in Lexington, MA.
