Choose the Beach Train (standard gauge), an hour-long ride between Roaring Camp in Felton, California, to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, or the Redwood Forest Steam Train (narrow gauge) scenic roundtrip excursion from Roaring Camp up Bear Mountain through ancient groves. Perfect for families or an outing with friends!
In the 1880s, narrow-gauge steam locomotives were used to haul giant redwood logs out of the mountains. Roaring Camp's steam engines date from 1890 and are among the oldest and most authentically preserved narrow-gauge steam engines providing regularly scheduled passenger service in America.

All non-certificate items will be available for pick up only (unless specifically noted) at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center beginning Wednesday, May 22, during administrative office business hours, Tuesday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM, or by appointment. Items must be picked up by July 1, 2019. Items are not available after that date.
