Item Description
1.5 hour session
Soma Neuromuscular Integration® is a form of fascial bodywork that releases and re-educates the deep tissues of the body, leading to increased ease, balance, awareness, expression and grace in all parts of life. The fascia of our body, with trauma and age becomes increasingly tight and bound. This binding often requires extra energy to carry out the activities of our daily lives. Furthermore, our ability to move and act, in ways that are truly authentic to us, become limited and difficult. By differentiating the muscles and fascia, and by lengthening, opening, and lifting the body we are able to find new ways of moving and being.
Soma Structural Integration sessions are 1.5 hours in length and particularly valuable for those looking to live better and more joyfully in their bodies. To schedule contact Kelsi via her website kgiswold.net.
Kelsi is honored to have practicing Soma for over 10 years. More recently she has been teaching Soma at the Soma Institute of Neuromuscular Integration. She has busy, fulfilling practices in both Langley and Seattle.
