The kit's high efficiency burner cranks out 38,000 BTUs of cooking power to keep the food in the large pot cooking along. The burner is enclosed in a sturdy 25'' tall steel base with two handy fold-down side shelves and a supply shelf below the burner assembly. Pot features heavy-duty lid, a copper spigot on the front for easy draining, steam rack, and 15'' deep-fry thermometer. Cooking different kinds of food at the same time is made easier by the kit's one large and 2 small baskets with coated handles.
