LEAP Coaching

LEAP Coaching is a turbo-charged method to identify and jump start goal(s) that will propel you further down your career path.  It is a comprehensive 3-month exploration and coaching methodology, including:

  • Analysis of where client is now, and desired goal with identification of minimum one success factor (behavior change, influence plan, transition plan etc.).
  • Insights assessment which focuses on core interpersonal skills and enhances understanding of self, and how we may come across to others who are wired differently than us.  Includes identification of our opposite type and how to better connect and communicate with them.
  • One or more of the following depending on need:
    - Overview of top 5 strengths and debrief of how those talents can amplify your defined goal(s).
    - Influence Map with evaluation of current relationships and a map of the influence base needed to reach goal(s).
    - Time analysis based on identified key goal(s) ensuring focus on true priorities.
  • Minimum scheduled 2 coaching sessions per month, with more in the first month.
  • Unlimited calls and emails within reason.
  • After engagement is complete, a 45 – 60-day follow-up is included to track progress and identify next steps for continued momentum.

* Extra option: Assessment through a confidential verbal 360 from key members chosen. This assessment can pinpoint gifts and possible derailer(s).  This option is an additional investment to the LEAP Coaching.
