Item Description
Creation Process: The 1st grade students outdid themselves this year with beautiful, handcrafted artwork--filled with all of their favorite colors and shapes and topped with a touch of exuberance. Each incomparable creation is a window into what makes them individually overjoyed, inspired, and tranquil.
It all started by cultivating happy thoughts to use as inspiration for their masterpieces. With that, off they went with their imaginations, feelings, Bristol papers, tissue papers, glue, scissors, and canvases. Next, the composition part began. They assembled their treasures by gluing and moving all the pieces according to their creative flow.
These finished masterpieces are phenomenal creations that capture the welcoming of spring and freedom to be outdoors where all children long to be. These pieces are mementos they can look back on and remember what incredible 1st graders they were.
