This vacation residence is the perfect place for your family to enjoy a Pointe West vacation. It is located on the second level (2 levels above parking garage) which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed beach view from the bright and open living/dining space or the large balcony. Easily access your villa with a reserved, covered parking spot directly across from the elevator for easy loading/unloading. A fenced storage unit for all your beach gear is right around the corner as well.

A fully stocked kitchen and open floor plan make it easy for families to prepare dinner and enjoy each other's company at the same time. Flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and full size washer and dryer are also available for your use in the unit.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master with a walk-in closet large enough to set up a pack-n-play, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds, (perfect for the kids!) making this condo ideal for couples or families with children vacationing together. You will also find a pack-n-play (without bedding), a high chair, children’s dishes, a booster seat, child gate/playpen, and a baby bathtub in the master closet for your use.

Your villa is just a short walk to the dune cross over where you can relax on the beautiful beach. The beaches at Pointe West are cleaned and groomed regularly and are by far the best on the island. And unique to Pointe West – NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC is allowed on the beach.

Kick-off your afternoon with a visit to our private Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the amenities offered, including 20,000 square feet of sun decks, an infinity edge pool, a hot tub, a children's pool, cabanas, grills, a fitness center, a game room, and gift shop. There is also a restaurant and bar open during peak season. On the bay side of the complex, there is another pool to enjoy with a lazy river.

For a change of pace, hop in the car and head down the road to Galveston for shopping, dining, historic homes, Moody Gardens, and Schlitterbahn Water Park. Show your family and friends the ultimate Texas getaway with this fabulous condo.
