Item Description
Founded in 2012, Everson Royce is located in the heart of Old Pasadena. This year they are supporting Waverly by donating wines to the auction. You can support them by ordering wine for pick up or delivery. You can even give them a price range and details on what you like and they will pull wines for you. They also have spirits and can create 6 packs of your favorite beer. (The Lawrences like to ask for “6 fun IPAs.”)

Phelps Creek 2016 Pinot Noir (Columbia Gorge (OR)) (Red)
This well-structured wine, from an excellent year, offers light, bright raspberry fruit accented with underbrush and dried herbs. The polished and firm tannins hold it together through a finish with modest depth but plenty of flavor. This should age nicely over the next five or six years. It is designed to drink now as well as the ability to progress in the bottle. The volcanic soils add spice and mineral elements. Barrel aged for an extended period in French Oak to bring out aromatics and soften structure.
