Item Description

Ralph Waldo Emerson was onto something when he said "The Earth Laughs in Flowers."  And when can’t we use more laughter in our lives?

This item includes:

- A beautiful 1000-piece puzzle of a vintage floral chart sporting vivid wildflowers alongside their scientific names. The puzzle comes packaged in a 10 inch long cardboard tube, with puzzle pieces safely stored in a muslin bag inside.  22" x 28" assembled.

- A set of 4 Wildflowers vintage-style napkins.  19" x 19" in 100% natural cotton packaged in a hand sewn muslin bag.  Gorgeous for meals indoors or out!

- Sierra Wildflowers, A Hiker's Guide by John Muir Laws.  This 120-page paperback volume includes the most common species that you will encounter, with fully updated common and scientific names. Flowers are organized by color and shape, making identification easy for flower enthusiasts of all experience levels.

- A 1 lb bag of Wildflower mix seeds to provide lush to moderate coverage for 1,500 - 2,000 sq ft.  This is a mixture of annuals, perennials, native and introduced wildflower species that are known to grow well in the higher elevations and dry summers of the Sierra Nevada region of California and Nevada. The annuals will bloom the first year and the perennials will become established the first year and bloom in subsequent years. Overseeding with a mixture of all annual wildflower species each year will help to re-establish the seasonal flush of color until the perennials are fully established.

- And a couple of other fun little floral surprises packaged in a useful wire and burlap basket.
