Item Description

Wine is better when it's shared... and when it is really good. Join wine expert and owner of Wine Explorations, a wine travel company, Stacy Dalton for a “walk-around” wine tasting event for you and 7 guests.

This one-of-kind wine event will include a detailed tasting that will explore notes for all wines. You will also learn valuable (and delicious) information about each wine, including their origin, terroir, soil, climate, and much. And if you ever wanted questions about wine, there will be plenty of time to ask questions and learn about all things wine from a wine expert.

Stacy Dalton Bio

Stacy Dalton holds certification in Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), WSET Advanced Certification, WSET Intermediate Certification, an Introductory Sommelier Certificate from the Court of the Master Sommeliers (CMS), and the Certified Specialist of Wine certification (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators.  She studied for two years at the Institute of Masters of Wine Programme and is the winner of the 2015 Reh Kendermann Masters of Wine Student Bursary. 

Dalton has traveled to dozens of wine regions around the world (including Italy, Portugal, France, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Australia) and maintains two wine blogs at eodalton.wordpress.com/ and www.chicagonow.com/chicago-wine. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.
