Item Description
Guy has handcrafted a 10-inch Lazy Susan out of cherry wood, then inlaid a 5/8-inch circle of padauk in the center. Emanating from the center padauk circle are thin arcs of alternating inlaid maple and walnut. Each maple arc ends in a small padauk circle, while each walnut arc ends in a small wenge circle. The effect you see is that the Lazy Susan appears to be spinning even when it is standing still.
So beautiful -- and useful, too! Put salt and pepper, cream and sugar, condiments, or other shared food on the Lazy Susan in the center of your table so everyone can turn it and reach whatever he or she wants.
