Luxuriate in a Jacuzzi overlooking the Caribbean Sea, touch true serenity in the waters of our Mayan Sanctuary, or lounge on the deck of a private pool area just feet from the beach. Dining at The Grand Luxxe features fantastic cuisine from all around the world: snack on ceviche, savor a juicy gourmet burger, or enjoy a perfectly cooked steak and signature cocktails at one of nearly 20 restaurants and lounges.

There are several off-site excursions including swim with whale sharks in the Caribbean Sea, or you can visit Tulum or Chichen Itza, two massive Mayan cities. Simply visit the travel concierge in your resort hotel lobby to coordinate one of these exciting day trips (available for additional fee). Golfers will enjoy the Nicklaus Par Three Experience at Riviera Maya, one of the world’s most beautiful short courses.

We just returned from our second trip. The resort is beautiful, kept immaculately clean, and the service is outstanding. A few team members that stood out: Javier at the concierge desk at the 9 floor; Juan at the breakfast buffet; Lizbet from the entertainment team; and Dave and Edward from the pool bar. Everyone there works tirelessly to ensure your trip is amazing. When we return to Puerto Vallarta, I can’t think of a reason it wouldn’t be to this resort. Thanks to all of the staff for an amazing trip. Hope to see you all again soon.

Wow. There is truly 5 diamond service. The suite was less than 2 years old and was state of the art. Furniture and fixtures were first class. The beach club every morning was perfection. Outstanding service and an extensive food and beverage menu. All the restaurants were special. We enjoyed the steak restaurant by the beach and our second favorite was the Italian restaurant above the store. Don't miss the spa! Second to none. We were there for 7 nights but could have stayed longer if we knew how romantic it would be there.
