Great Lakes Region-Gilford romantic getaway (1br+studio/1bath) with easy access to all local amenities including the beach and Gunstock Mountain. Private cottage overlooks a beautiful in-ground pool and fields. Perfect summer or winter retreat. Come enjoy the pool and lakes, stroll the Weir beach boardwalk, see the fall foliage, or ski and hop on a snowmobile trail. Enjoy the hot tub, fireplace or outdoor fire pit in the evening. Pool open Memorial Day thru Labor day.

The space is 750 Sq Ft | < 3 Miles to Lake

This second floor cottage boasts of a fully stocked kitchenette, dining room, living room, 3/4 bathroom, master bedroom with queen size bed and queen guest bed off the living area. The two queen bed beds are separated by a door, but headboards share a wall. Glass doors open out onto a private external staircase and scenic views of the surrounding fields and guest pool.

The shared luxury hot tub has a view of the garden and Koi pond, and is open daily until 10pm.

The shared pool area has a large deck, plenty of seating and a fire pit. Pool is shared with guests in the pool cottage, but each cottage has their own cushioned and shaded seating area poolside, with umbrella and private gas fire pit. This cottage also has its own grill for barbeque poolside. Pool may be lit up for night time swimming.

The yard boasts beautiful flower gardens and a Koi pond. Grounds are shared with pool cottage and main house guests.

Steps away you will find access to winter snowmobile trails and we are just minutes away from Gunstock Ski Mountain.
