Item Description
Batik Cow was inspired by the Batik dyeing process where fabric is dyed using a wax resist technique. This historic textile process is continuously being innovated and modernized, and this cow was created to reflect this historic process. The Batik Cow is a painted fiberglass hollow statue with a removable wood base.
About the Artist: Originally from Ogden, UT, Caoin Springer O'Durgy moved to the Boston area to get his degree in Illustration from MassArt. With community as the base, Caoin creates whimsical, diverse, and color-blind friendly designs that bring together community members of all ages and backgrounds and aims to invite all people to see themselves within it, fostering a sense of shared connection and joy.

The item will automatically close when there is a 5 minute extension period with no new bids or after 60 minutes past the original close time.
