Palapas opened in 1990 drawing inspiration from the owner's family trips to coastal Mexico during the 1980s. Today, we transport guests to that golden era of umbrella drinks, tanning oil, and fresh seafood, atop the Seascape Village overlooking the sparkling Monterey Bay.
