Through hard work, long nights, and countless pans of mashed potatoes, our founder Ed Lowe successfully reimagined the meals his mom used to make to create a familiar place for family and friends to gather. Ed’s relationship with local farmers and dedication to simple fresh food led him on a journey to procuring the best possible products available. Many years later the idea of farm-to-table has become a highly sought out dining experience.
