Herbal Hydrosol Distillation Workshop
Hosted by The Waldoboro Inn
Sunday, July 14, 2024 from 12:00 PM 4:00 PM
This workshop will introduce attendees to the process of steam and hydro distillation and how plants may be distilled for their fragrant waters, called hydrosols. Attendees will be able to see a live distillation and will take home their own bottle of herbal hydrosol. Other herbal products & potted herbs will be available to purchase at the end of the workshop.

Our farm is certified organic by the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association, Maine's USDA accredited Organic Certifier. MOFGA has been certifying organic farmers since 1972 and is one of the country’s oldest certification programs.
We are also GAP certified, a voluntary certification that verifies that fruits and vegetables are produced, packed, handled, and stored to minimize risks of microbial food safety hazards.
