I love this salon. You can call last minute and get taken. My dog has come back looking exactly what I asked for the two times I have brought him. He also doesn't come back smelling from some stinky shampoo but rather smells very neutral. And the prices are extremely reasonable I highly recommend this place.

I took my dog here and I'm so upset they cut my dogs neck with cutting scissors, you can see the flesh she had to go to the doctor right away and they had to put staples in her neck! The poor trauma my dog went through!She gave me my 12 pound dog and didn't say anything about the cut that's the worst part as if I wouldn't see, I immediately saw as I went in my car. My dog was shaking and so scared never saw her like this she wouldn't sleep all night. Don't take your pet here if you care for there safety! Animal Cruelty! Place should be shut down!

I was at a new vet for my dog, they asked us to come back in 30 min so we took a walk my bf announced there was a groomer here to take my dog to in the future.I took one look and said NO WAY! I remember seeing them online when looking for groomers.'so this is it?' Even though they were closed I would think that they would clean up, there's hair all over the cages not just on the bottom and towels.hope they don't use it for the next customer. Just gross.and I read the reviews and saw pictures of the dogs that have been cut up.horrible.you need to close down!

Wonderful women working in here that do a great job on my two huskies. More often than not, they've been able to take my two dogs the day I call for an appointment although I wouldn't guarantee that as I know how popular this place is. My dogs always come out looking and smelling beautiful with the fluffiest fur going. Cannot recommend them enough

My dog's tail was badly cut. Mistakes happen, however, covering up the mistake instead of admitting it, is what I have the problem with. If I was told his tail was cut and taken my little dog to the vet right away, it would not have been as terrible. The infection, trauma and pain could have been avoided.

I've been here a few times but the last time was unbearable. My pooch was literally shaved down to the skin!!!! This is a dog, not a sheep! This wasn't grooming it was butchery. Never again!!


Quick update: Texted Gabriella and was made fun of. Dog ended up at the vet with an abscess 5 days later from being cut with dirty shears?

Pup Owners beware!

Gabriela KNOWS dogs. She has wonderful, positive, reassuring energy for my anxious rescue. She's quick, does a neat job, and her whole family is great with customer service. The first year or so they let me stay where my separation anxiety dog could see me. The first few times I even held him while she groomed. Better alternative than expensive mobile groomers. Now he knows her and I can leave him for his haircut! New shop is cleaner and newer than her old one. Congrats, Gabriela!

I have one of the most energetic standard poodles you will meet in your life. Natalie always does a great job, and has never complained once about him. I doubt he is a walk in the park to groom. All of the comments are about what the groomers did to the dog, but never about how their dogs act. This place is friendly, affordable, and convenient.

Gabriela and her staff are very friendly and professional. They do a fantastic job every time.
