Welcome to my cake studio, which is run from a licensed home kitchen in the foothills of Mount Veeder in Napa Valley. I’m Louise, and I specialize in creative and elegantly-designed cakes for all of life’s big moments. Since 2013, I have made hundreds of cakes that have been the centerpieces for special occasions ranging from Oscar parties and Google events to backyard birthdays and vineyard weddings. I believe my cakes are only as good as the ingredients I use, so I’m very particular about what goes into them. I grow many of the fruits, vegetables and flavorings I need in our organic kitchen garden. When I’m not up to my elbows in frosting, you’ll find me picking strawberries to make preserves for my Victoria Sandwich Cakes, or harvesting elderflowers to make cordial for a Lemon & Elderflower Cake. At the right time of year, the carrots for my Carrot Cake come out of the ground just moments before they get mixed into the batter. Please Note: Napa Cake Studio is not a retail bakery and I do not have cakes available for same-day purchase - all my cakes are custom-designed especially for you and require advance notice. I look forward to designing a cake for you that fits your budget, however I have a minimum order of $300.
